Data Deletion

Metrifact doesn't collect or store your marketing data. When you connect a platform — including signing in with Facebook to connect Meta Ads — we store only the OAuth token needed to make API calls on your behalf, plus minimal connection metadata (the connected account's ID and display name, and for Meta specifically, the email or name returned by the identity permission so we can label the connection for you). We never store your Facebook posts, friends list, photos, or any other social graph data — Metrifact only requests Marketing API access to ad account data, and that data is fetched live for each request, not saved anywhere. Delete one connection

To remove a specific connected account (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, or Shopify), go to Data Sources in your Metrifact dashboard and remove it. This immediately deletes the stored OAuth token and revokes Metrifact's access at the platform itself — there's no lingering copy afterward.

Delete your whole account

To delete your Metrifact account and everything associated with it — every connection, API key, and your own account information — email privacy@metrifact.com from the email address on your account. We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and complete them within 30 days.

If you connected through Facebook

If you'd rather manage this from Facebook's side, you can also remove Metrifact's access from your Facebook account directly: go to Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Metrifact, and remove it. This revokes the access token on Facebook's side; we recommend also removing the connection in Metrifact's own Data Sources page (or emailing us) so our stored copy of the now-invalid token is deleted too, rather than left to expire naturally.
